We do not offer returns. However, customers may request an exchange, as long as they cover the shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please email us at amayagarciasantos1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the damage occurred during shipping, Amaya Garcia will arrange to replace, exchange or refund the item. We reserve the right not to offer replacements, exchanges or refunds if we are not notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
