We ensure that our original packaging protects your garments and accessories during shipping. Although our products are durable for everyday use, they can be more vulnerable during transport. That's why we take care of every detail in their preparation.
We recommend that, upon receipt of your order, you store your garments and accessories separately and in their original packaging to avoid any damage or scratches.

BLAZERS
Blazers can only be dry cleaned and washed, covering each of the charms in aluminum foil. Dry cleaner I recommend in Madrid: Tintoreria Goya (Ayala 108).
JEWELRY
Jewelry should not get wet or be perfumed. We recommend treating glass charms with care as they are fragile and can break.
CAPS
The charms on the caps may vary in color over time since the majority of the material is stainless steel.

We do not offer returns. However, customers may request an exchange, as long as they cover the shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please email us at amayagarciasantos1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the damage occurred during shipping, Amaya Garcia will arrange to replace, exchange or refund the item. We reserve the right not to offer replacements, exchanges or refunds if we are not notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
